  • Intensive Final Prep: Transition to weekly strategy meetings beginning 30 days before your date.
  • Ceremony & Rehearsal Direction: Professional management of your rehearsal to ensure a polished walk down the aisle.
  • Full-Scale Event Management: Ten hours of dedicated on-site coordination, with extended coverage available upon request.
  • On-Site Production Team: A Lead Coordinator and an Assistant Coordinator provided for guest counts up to 200 (scalable support available for larger celebrations).
  • Personalized Decor Styling: Expert assistance with the placement of personalized elements, such as card boxes, signage, and sentimental displays.
  • Contingency & Emergency Kit: Full access to our professional-grade kit for seamless, behind-the-scenes troubleshooting.

Design Services

We take the stress out of styling your celebration by handling every visual detail. Whether you’re dreaming of an intimate backyard dinner or a grand ballroom bash, we bring a personal touch to our design process. Our Event Design services include:

Where to start! Everything I could have ever asked for in a wedding and more. I never knew I needed a coordinator until I started trying to plan by myself and got way too overwhelmed. Richelle helped me actually be able to enjoy the process of being engaged and actually relax on the day of the wedding. She also helped with my decor and took everything from my Pinterest board and turned a vision into something so beautiful and stunning!
